They all have one thing in common, though most of them don’t even know what it is. Supremely happy people spend more time living in positive, upbeat thinking than the rest of the population. They don’t do it on purpose, it’s just what they focus on - a choice they’re not even aware of! Supremely happy people are more enamored, more intrigued by, and more interested in the positive, joyful aspects of life. Positivity captures their attention. They enjoy it so much that they gravitate toward more benevolent thinking just as a matter of course. They don’t even know they’re doing it.


Do you wonder how we know this?


We know it because we know about three psychological Principles at the core of all human experience, whether joyful or tormented, angry or calm. The Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness are what creates the human experience which would not be possible in the absence of any one of these Principles. You could not have an experience of anything without the ability to think! That’s a fact....
