About Practice:
I work with individuals worldwide via Skype and telephone coaching sessions, pointing them toward their innate mental health and the fact of thought. I am particularly interested in helping people who experience anxiety or feel stuck in painful habits find their way to freedom. When I'm not working one on one with clients, I love writing about what I've seen in The Principles. I have published one book based on my own insights (Being Human) and am currently working on my second, which will focus on how an understanding of The Principles can help end habits and addictions.
