The mission of my business, Essential Resilience, is to bring the 3 Principles to as many corporations as possible. The insights people have in their business training and offsites cascade through the organization and into their personal lives as well. I can help people have a happier, more productive life in a growing sphere of influence. For example, while coaching a manager on ways to improve the morale of his team, I can also talk with him about the problems he’s having with his teenage son. We’re surrounded with opportunities to teach people about the Principles! I am most comfortable in the corporate environment doing training and coaching based on the foundational understanding of the 3 Principles. I enjoy developing programs to address whatever business challenges a company may have in the context of the role and nature of thought as taught by Sydney Banks.

I worked at BAE Systems from 1997 to 2011. During that time I learned the Principles from the Pransky and Associates practitioners, Dick Bozoian, and Sydney Banks himself. In 2001, I began leading small groups in our State of Mind training programs and soon progressed to being one of the faculty. I also taught 1 and 2 day classes across BAE Systems either by myself or partnered with other 3P practitioners. I was able to attend a number of intimate seminars lead by Syd exclusively for BAE Systems leaders and was fortunate enough to spend 4 days with him on Salt Spring Island. I attended the last 3P School run by Chip and Elsie in which Syd was a participant. I did my doctoral research on the impact SOM leadership training had on the BAE Systems culture from 2000-2005.
I love the challenge of working with professionals in business who are facing change, uncertainty, demanding schedules and financial constraints while trying to balance their personal lives. I enjoy working with the "difficult people" in an organization or on a team to help them improve their relationship skills.
