About Practice:
Over 20 years of experience as a professional counselor has taught me much about resiliency and wisdom. However, nothing has touched me so profoundly as the insights of Sydney Banks. What a gift to be able to explain the simplicity of the Three Principals that help people connect to their wisdom with sustainability. I have been using the Principals of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought in my practice since the mid 90's when I was a therapist for the University of CA at Davis. My current practice is located at the Chrysalis Counseling Center, at 802 Broad Street, New Bern NC. I serve individuals, couples, groups, agencies and business. I also provide distance counseling and speak at events. I invite you to call and speak with me at 252-288-6600.
