Real Principles For Real Change

3 Principles Wales/ Well & Wise
Swansea, United Kingdom
About Practice:
I am absolutely passionate about sharing the 3 Principles with as many people as possible to bring about individual and community insight and empowerment!
I felt incredibly lucky to have happened upon the 3 Principles for myself (through my own experience of burnout) and I am now totally committed to working fully from this understanding... because it is only with this particular understanding that I have witnessed the most effortless, profound, natural and sustainable change in myself and my clients.
There can be no greater privilege than watching others wake up to/re-member their own wisdom and innate wellbeing...this is how I 'follow my bliss'!
