Real Principles For Real Change

London, London, United Kingdom
About Practice:
My current practice brings together the skills and experience I have accumulated over thirty years in the field of personal and organizational development as both a human resources professional and as a holistic therapist and teacher. Basing my current work on the Three Principles is deeply rooted in my knowledge that these principles provide a unique and powerful understanding of the human mind and are all we need to uncover our unlimited potential for well-being.
Working for over a decade helping people to improve their mental, emotional and physical health, I have had the privilege of listening deeply to the life experiences of hundreds of people. I have developed a deep respect for the natural resilience that all human beings possess. It was not until I learned about these principles however, that I truly realized that well-being is our natural state of mind.
