Real Principles For Real Change

About Practice:
I work in the Philadelphia area with individuals and groups in class/seminar settings and one-on-one meetings.

As a fitness and wellness professional, I train people to recognize their insecure/distorted thinking about body image, diet, or harsh/unrealistic fitness goals so that they see the natural state of health of their body and mind. This allows Innate Wisdom to inform them in making effortless healthy changes that are just right for them.

I am also an instructor for the Delaware County Department of Behavioral Health DECODE program, which provides classes for adults recovering from mental illness, PTSD, and addiction so that they may re-enter the workforce.

I offer businesses courses that promote a healthy, collaborative working environment, and helping managers switch from forced, outside-in motivational techniques to recognizing and working with the authentic motivation of their employees.

Individual Clients, Groups, Business, Seminars, Telephone Consultations, Internet Consultations

Have listened to Sydney Banks recordings. Subscriber of Michael Neill's Supercoach. And have studied every video posted by Rudi and Jenny (3 principles movies)... It was after watching the video "What are the Three Prinicples? Part 3 of 6" with Michael Neill 3 years ago that came the pivotal moment. I also regularly refer to the resources on this website.
